RevRE was founded on a frustration that anyone who has worked in multifamily will recognize immediately: the data was there, but it was everywhere and nowhere all at once. Locked in siloed legacy systems, formatted differently across every property, inconsistently structured across the portfolio — and nearly impossible to compare, trust, or build on.
The industry generates enormous amounts of data every day. Rent rolls, operating statements, leases — all of it sitting in systems that aren't designed to talk to each other. The result is that smart, capable operators are making critical decisions based on spreadsheets built at midnight before an investment committee meeting, or struggling every quarter to put together investor reporting.
RevRE was built to fix that. Liz Braman founded Revolution RE with a clear-eyed understanding of the problem — because she lived it. With decades of experience working at the intersection of real estate operations, financial data, and technology, Liz recognized that the multifamily industry's biggest challenge wasn't a lack of data. It was a lack of usable data.
Throughout her career, Liz has worked closely with multifamily operators, ownership groups, and investment managers across the country — watching firsthand as teams struggled to make confident decisions without a reliable data foundation. The same problems kept surfacing: not enough usable data to make decisions, but tons of unusable data.
The multifamily industry has always generated incredible amounts of data. The missing piece was a way to access that data and make it actionable — at scale.

That meant more than just extracting data from the source. A complete multifamily data model was required to successfully combine property data across multiple systems.
Starting with base inputs, the team set about tackling each data table one-by-one — generating over 1,000 insights and delivering their first v1 platform to market.
Today, RevRE has grown from a focused data standardization product with a BI visualization front end into a full multifamily data suite — serving operators, investment managers, and PropTech companies who need data they can build on with confidence.
